I can't stop tighten my shoulders when I do these exercises :(. Does anybody know a trick to stop doing this? Thank you so much <3
it’s been a month since i started this and here is my result : i started with 29.7 cm on my right arm and 28.6 on my left arm. one month later my right arm is 27cm and the other is 26.5cm so i lost 3cm in each arm and its amazing !! this routine is everything and since then i started a bunch of other videos for the rest of my body from the same youtube channel and all of them helped me so much this is the first time they actually work im gonna actually subscribe to her she’s amazing !!

Everytime I do the c rotation workout, I always end up taking 3-4 breaks. It's so hard 😭😩
I've done this for a month along with dieting and additional exercise. My arms were 11.5 inches to start with and are now 10 inches – so I've lost an inch an a half around the arms.
muscles are gone but skin is loose now what I can do please please please please reply please reply reply

okay so i started doing this workout 3 weeks ago and didnt skip even a single day and the results have been amazing!! my arms have started to look a lot slimmer and i think i am not gonna stop any soon…fyi i had also been eating healthy this whole time due to which i think i hv been able to get thru…

I'm on my 5th day and I'm amazed I can do the whole workout without pausing at the C rotation 😱

Im going to do this exercise once again
I actually did this for 30 days one or two months back then and my arms really did shrunk. My arms have always been my problem area and it always gain fat easily. I stopped doing this exercise after 30 days cause im lazy af, my arms are still fairly big but not as bad as before i did this exercise. So, im going to do this exercise once again to make it even smaller.
Also I don’t really take measurements, i just take photos and look into the mirror to see the changes.
