Can also men do that?
Can I do this daily or only a few times a week? I'm pretty weak here. It's embarrassing but also good to have located a weakest link for running that is easily fixed.

I started this workout last year. I do it whatever i'm in bed so i workout one leg and i keep the other one. My left thigh is a bit toned and with less cellulite. And the right one is bigger that the left one and with visible cellulite. 😣😠
How on earth do you balance on your side like that? I'm having a really hard time not rolling onto my back

heyyy !! I do this exercise for 2 months. I can see a different now , my legs so skinny now . I just do 50 reps per day total 150 reps .
